• Platform: The website yieldzeno.com and all associated services. • User: Any natural or legal person who accesses the platform. • Investor: A registered user who participates in crowdlending projects. • Project: Each real estate investment opportunity published on the platform. • Developer: Company or person presenting a real estate development project.

To use Yieldzeno's investment services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old. • Possess a valid RUT or equivalent identification document. • Provide truthful and up-to-date information. • Comply with the established identity verification (KYC) processes. • Accept the inherent risks of investing in real estate crowdlending.

Yieldzeno operates as a real estate crowdlending intermediary platform. We facilitate the connection between investors and urban development and construction projects. Yieldzeno is not a financial institution regulated by the CMF as a bank or brokerage firm, and does not offer savings products or deposits. The platform does not guarantee returns or the repayment of invested capital. Each investment is subject to the risks inherent to the real estate market and the specific project.

• Selection: The user selects the project of their interest after reviewing the available documentation. • Commitment: By confirming their investment, the user commits contractually for the established term. • Monitoring: The user can track the project's progress through the platform. • Distribution: Profits are distributed according to the schedule established for each project.

The user agrees to: • Use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms. • Not use the platform for money laundering or terrorism financing activities. • Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials. • Notify Yieldzeno immediately of any unauthorized use of their account. • Declare the lawful origin of invested funds.

The user acknowledges and accepts that: • All investment in real estate crowdlending carries risk of partial or total capital loss. • Past returns do not guarantee future results. • Project timelines may be extended due to external factors (permits, weather conditions, market). • Yieldzeno assumes no responsibility for losses arising from the investment. • Real estate crowdlending is an illiquid investment; there is no guaranteed secondary market.

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Yieldzeno SpA and is protected by Chilean intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Yieldzeno shall not be liable for: • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure. • Investment losses arising from real estate market conditions. • Investment decisions made by the user. • Actions or omissions of project developers. • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any controversy arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of justice of Santiago de Chile, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Yieldzeno reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Modifications will be notified through the platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
